    UPbook was founded 5 years ago with the mission to optimize the front desk. After all, what good is all of that business building investment if the front desk is overwhelmed or under performing? It’s the crucial gateway that directly impacts revenue.

    Within our own organization, we have always prioritized finding the right people, even if it means waiting to fill a spot. Great people create a positive culture that beautifully translates through to the client experience. In working with hundreds of business owners, it became apparent that attracting and retaining top talent is a continuous challenge and even the smallest staffing issue - like an unexpected sick day - can have a major impact on the daily operations. We created UPbook Concierge to address those challenges and create the stability that’s needed at the front desk.
